We accept payments through Paypal and direct bank payments.
Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination
country. International buyers are themselves responsible for any import duties or customs taxes/fees incurred in their own country on top of postage. Additional charges for customs clearance must be payed by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery
We ship worldwide. All orders will ship within 7 business days from head office in Vilnius,
Lithuania. Delivery is made by Lithuanian post (www.post.lt). We offer a delivery in 5-14 working
days depending on delivery destination. All goods will be sent to the address you provide. We are
not liable for damages or losses due to shipping. Tracking number for the shipment might be provided.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with your purchase, please email us and return the item within fourteen days of receipt. Refunds will be given within twelve days of the item being returned in the same condition it was shipped out. Return shipping costs to be met by the purchaser. We strongly suggest that you insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
For items that are damaged or defective, we will provide an exchange (or full refund if an exchange
is not possible), and we will also refund your return shipping costs.
